If you know the name of the validator, i.e., if it says when you click on download, then you can write to that person and ask them to re-upload their validated copy with an explanation, after they've checked the copyright, that it's o.k. and where they got the information. Mike copies the copyright page and includes it in the comments, and that's a good ide I intend to follow henceforth. If the validator is just "bookshare volunteer," then that's a problem, because the book put back on page one is the original, unvalidated. I'd like to know the answer to your question, too, in the latter case. All I can think to do is to write to Gustavo at gustavo.g@xxxxxxxxxxxx and explain that the copyright is o.k. and send a copy of the copyright page, or explain how you know it's o.k., and ask him to accept the validated copy of the book. I have an unsubstantiated feeling that someone else is doing the approval and isn't too careful--or perhaps is overly cautious. In the case of Two of a Kind, the Sleepover Secret, anyone looking beyond the title would be able to tell that it is not a screenplay, and wouldn't have had to send it back to the download list.
