I can't help with King of California or Our
Acadia--Guess the thing to do is just to upload them
and put in the comments that King shouldn't be listed
under reference, if the only books considered
reference are dictionaries and encyclopedias. It is,
according to the library, biography and history; and
what is his quesiton about Acadia.

But for Steal This Vote, According to the U.S.
copyright site, the copyright holder  and the date is
2005. You can put that info and this copy of the page
on the contents part of the upload:
