Hi Sue,
It's not very pretty, but here's what I do:
I type in the name of the file, without location or extension (it seems not to
take the full name of a file), then press enter. The screen says "The filename
you have entered does not exist or is not valid." I press "Okay," and then,
instead of putting in the filename, I can browse.
Like I say--not pretty, but it works!

I remember some discussion on this list where someone was having a problem
when checking in a book that they had proofed. Well, I can’t remember seeing a
solution to this problem but I am having it now.
The problem is that I cannot get the Jaws cursor to land on the browse
button. It lands on a line between upload and browse, but not on either one.
I am using ie9 and Jaws 12. Any solution for this?
