Hi, Cindy.
Hmm, I've validated quite a few BSO copies, and what I do is remove the BSO
from the RTF file, but leave it in the title field of the upload form. this
way the book uploaded to the server is without the BSO, but the
administrator doing the approving can still tell it's a BSO copy. I haven't
had any BSO books rejected or kicked back to step one, so I figured this
method worked.

I may be wrong, but...my understanding is that you do
take the BSO off the title but that you put in the
Comments section, when you upload, that it is a
replacement for the book in the collection.
At this point I'd sent a note to john.g@xxxxxxxxxxxx
or support@xxxxxxxxxxxx and explain.
