I am totally confused, both by this email and by Ann's response. I no longer
sign my name when I post because it seems to me that my name is there
automatically. I'm happhy to do so, however.

I I think Al's name (Al aka Ulysses) was on his original introductory post,
and I welcomed him with a posted welcome.

Cindy

Greetings:
It has come to the attention that there has been a compromise between a
Bookshare volunteer member and their fellow participants. You are receiving
this message because there are a few things we'd like you to know about this
individual.
Meet Al (Ulysses) Garcia, a 19-year-old young queer, going by 'they' and
'them' pronouns. They have a blog, which was included in their introductory
message to the list.
Regarding signatures: If it is imperative that an individual request for a
specific format to how mail correspondences should be sent, then it is
suggested that it should be put up for vote for its members to collaborate
on. If positive votes are received they could be included in the mailing
list guide lines. By the way, who moderates and owns the list?
Lastly, the e-mail account that is being used to conduct business among the
Sensation experience staff is not meant for personal use. If you desire to
speak with any individuals in person, it is suggested that they e-mail you
from their personal account and or move their subscription to that address.
If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, feel free to ask and
someone will get back to you.
Sincerely,
Sensation Experience
