Yes, she is a very good author. I also love Bertrice Small...I have been reading her for years. *G* Have you ever read any of Judith Tarr's books? You might want to check those out.

Lisa Kleypas.  I see we have 10 of her books in the
collection. It was the back of The Devil in Winter
that I read and then bought the book from the
bookstore. I loved it so much I read it again later.
Her novels aren't as filled with historical events and
people the way Bertrice Small's are, but they are well
written. The characters are well-drawn and
well-rounded.
