[birdky] tame Harrier

A female or immature  Northern Harrier spent the day hunting voles in my red 
clover patch. I saw it make a successful kill in each of two short periods of 
observation, morning and late afternoon. I also got some fairly decent shots of 
it sitting on a nearby fence post. I see Harriers fairly often in the winter 
but never one so tame as this one.
