According to this morning's Lexington Herald-Leader, the Richmond City Commissioners noted to rescind the earlier action. As of right now, no RV park will be built at the Camp Catalpa site. The area does need to be cleaned up and the grounds repaired. Perhaps a good Saturday work opportunity for KOS or or combination of environmental groups and Boy and Girl SCouts.
