Hi, Andrea,

Do you currently own the *New Catholic Encyclopedia*, either in print or
online? It has a multi-page, scholarly article on the *canonization *process.
That's where I'd start :-)
Also, related terms include *beatification *(the first step in the process
of becoming a saint) and *sanctification. *

Best,

Mary Ann

Hi all!

I hope you're having a happy New Year! I have an English teacher who is
giving her students a research project on canonication and Catholic saints.
This is my first year working at a Catholic school, so I don't have
previous experience with Catholic research resources - does anyone have a
resource or a list of relevant resources they would recommend?

Thank you so much, everyone!

Best,

Andrea Kneeland
