We use Power School, so this might end up being a good thing for me to 
integrate the Library into the rest of the school.

I think that sounds like a good idea.  Someone from "renewals" from Power 
School Support finally got back to me, and basically said this is all a 
transition thing and they seem to be aware of the issues.
I am going ahead and renewing our support package for the year, with 
reservations.  They really need to get their act together NOW.  I will be in 
and out over the summer and we shall see how things go.  Let's start getting 
alternatives together starting in the new school year so if things don't go 
well with L4U we have something to get to quickly.
