I'll second the praise of Alexandria. I have used it for 18 years at two
schools (elementary, then grades 6-12). It's easy to learn, easy to use,
and the tech support is just wonderful. I had several times this year when
I needed to be able to run a function on the whole collection that didn't
really exist as a built in utility. The tech folks wrote scripts for me and
told me how to run them - they understood the problem I was having (related
to a bad import from another vendor) and were tremendously helpful.
Generally you hear back within 15 minutes and sometimes five. Great product
with excellent service. Feel free to write to me personally with questions.
