We began during the school year and just started doing section by section.
We noticed that book checkouts from the newly reorganized sections rose
almost immediately. We have a large collection so we based the categories
on what we have in our collection and what books we have in a subject area.
We just made categories and subcategories based on what made sense to us.
It has just been an ongoing project that we're steadily working on.
