[AZ-Observing] Re: Wicked Laser Question

My 15 watt Wicked Laser does not flicker. It comes on full strength.  A 
while back, I had a 5mw that started slow like that and the dealer replaced 
it. Be sure to check the batteries and make sure they are at full strength.

(PS: I received mine in four days.)
