Hello all,

1030 UT is 3:30 a.m. AZ time. (AZ 0:00 UT is 5:00 p.m. local
year-round.

I'm planning to go to Vekol where we have traditionally gotten one of
the highest counts in North America for the Leonids.

Hi Jeff,
Thx for the info.
Help me out with my times - 1030 UT is 5:30am AZ time ? So what would
be the best viewing time - 5:30am or between 3:00am - 4:30am ?
Thx for the help,
Silvio.

The Leonids are an incredible meteor shower. There are two peaks
predicted. The first will be seen from Europe (0400 U.T.). The second,
and possibly much better show will be seen from North America (1030
U.T.). It is predicted this year's show will be much better than last
year.

The second peak should be between 3:00 A.M. and 4:30 A.M. MST the
morning
of Tuesday 19 Noveber 2002.
