UT Guide for the perplexed (in Arizona):
0h UT = 5pm (note that dates are for the succeeding day, so Halloween
night is Nov 1 UT)
7h UT = midnight
12h UT = 5am
18h UT = 11am
Thus the predicted Leonid peaks are for 9p and 3.30a local time.
