Since Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings, Arizona time is always =
Mountain Standard Time (MST) and is always UT minus 7 hours. So 1030 UT =
19 Nov 02 is 3:30 a.m. MST 19 Nov 02.

1030UT is 0330MDT. Best time to view the second peak would probably be
between 0200 & Twilight.
