OK, I see what the trouble is....with all these people who are owning up 
to their purchases that hath wrought
havoc upon our observing, but not paying the price for it.  That is, these
people need to gather up all the new toys they have purchased, make a 
pilgrimage to Sentinel, and
set up under rainy skies.  This will appease the cloud gods in that 
gasoline was sacrificed by the
guilty parties.  Sacrifices by the innocent are no longer sufficient, 
and only serves to enrage the
cloud gods further. 

The real "vicitims" of this malfeasance need only to stay home and 
insist that these individuals only do what is moral and
right to correct the poor conditions.  As such, I expect all of you who 
have purchased astronomical
goods to be at Sentinel by sunset Friday night to play out your redemption.
