Hi Paul,
"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". This is a buyer-beware
situation. Adobe is very strict with their reseller selling price. I would
suspect that it's a dubious source (illegal copies), or an old version that's
no longer supported.
If you share a couple of those links here, a few of us in the industry could
give you a better idea.
