[AZ-Observing] ISS Flyover for Ball Game?

If I heard correctly, the radio said the Diamondbacks "requested" an ISS
flyover to precede a requested F-16 flyover at Bank One Ballpark
tonight. Heavens-Above says yes, at 6:44pm, but it's only rising 17
degrees in the NNW, splitting the bowl of the Big Dipper. Is everyone
going to rush to the windows?
