[AZ-Observing] Favorable ISS Flyover Tonight at ~7:30

I just noticed that the Space Station will be passing over Phoenix very 
favorably tonight.  It will first appear low in the southwest at 7:35, pass 
very nearly overhead (next to Vega) three minutes later, and then disappear 
into the earth's shadow 25 degrees up in the northeast at 7:40.
