I was photoing Comet Lovejoy Q2 last night and was observing many geostationary satellites pass thru the pictures as they were taken. And, one flared just like an Iridium Flare. See the link on Flickr if you want to have a look. The picture just before the flare is next to the flaring picture and a stack of 23 15 second exposures is there also. Just a note: It was 27 degrees at 10 PM. SQM readings averaged 20.9. Several clouds moved thru earlier.
