Ken,

My only suggestion is to return to the initial frame of mind we had in 
finding our early dark sky sites.  It is getting harder and harder to find 
and maintain good dark sky sites.  Blaming the government and other negative 
comments only proves to add to the problem.  I meant no disrespect to anyone 
on this forum.  I'm just sensitive to allogations against the government, 
and anyone - ref the text: "the wrath of some federal bureaucracy?"  The 
government is made up of people like you and me.  It is simple in my mind, 
either do something, run for office or stop complaining.
