Stan, if you are old enough to remember what a standard analog telephone set used to look like.... (aka POTS meaning Plain Old Telephone Set ) There were two cables. The main cable connected the phone instrument to the wall. The second cable connected the phone instrument to the handset. The Meade cable to the controller is the POTS Handset Cord (RJ11 Connectors). Readily available from any Radio Shack store - part #279-306 12' Coiled $6.99 You can buy the crimp tool and ends, and do-it-yourself. But easier to just go to Radio Shack, and buy a spare. David M. Does anyone know if the plastic clips at each end of the cable are standard sizes? If so, it seems one could buy these clips and repair the broken cable oneself.
