Interesting that the invoice gives the Conlay email address but was sent out 
the day after Conlay handed over management to the AXIS management board. Looks 
like they are tidying up loose ends. (Part of me is wondering it it also means 
we are not legally obliged to pay.....)

 

You may have spotted an email today asking us to fill in details of our parking 
space(s) using a Google form. That is from a different email address without 
'Conlay' in, so it must be the new management team. Odd that they don't know 
which spaces were allocated at handover! 

 

Wishing you in advance a Happy New Year-  hopefully 2022 will be a big 
improvement on 2021.

I have a Malaysian relative starting an internship in KL and as I can’t get

I asked her to look in the Mail Box and as I suspected FH posted invoices to me 
at Axis Crown rather than emailing them as they have done previously!

 

Not very sensible!

 

Anyway here is one of the invoices (there is also one for Water Charges)  
showing an email address etc for FH

 

This goes up to 1/12 after which it passes to the property agent (I’ve out and 
I’ve forgotten the name)
