Interesting that the invoice gives the Conlay email address but was sent out
the day after Conlay handed over management to the AXIS management board. Looks
like they are tidying up loose ends. (Part of me is wondering it it also means
we are not legally obliged to pay.....)
You may have spotted an email today asking us to fill in details of our parking
space(s) using a Google form. That is from a different email address without
'Conlay' in, so it must be the new management team. Odd that they don't know
which spaces were allocated at handover!
Wishing you in advance a Happy New Year- hopefully 2022 will be a big
improvement on 2021.

This goes up to 1/12 after which it passes to the property agent (I’ve out and
