I hope you all had a great festive period to date.
I am keeping this on the main group for now as we do seem to have a bit of
value in the communications overlapping between participants and nons (NPP)
Here please see the latest - which surprisingly I got quite quickly after
calling their lines.
(b) re any mortgage/debt facility is self explanatory I think (and not a
shock)

(a) I have asked them to clarify that 'maintenance' costs (seemingly added
to the NPP base cost) is different to service charges (which ultimately are
not added to the base)
I have also asked them to clarify the interest comment ie who is the
beneficiary and who/what party is the other side liable.
