This email is (I think) only for those keeping their apartments.
I have a Malaysian relative starting an internship in KL and as I can’t get there I’ve lent her my apartment.
I asked her to look in the Mail Box and as I suspected FH posted invoices to me at Axis Crown rather than emailing them as they have done previously!
Not very sensible!
Anyway here is one of the invoices (there is also one for Water Charges)  showing an email address etc for FH
This goes up to 1/12 after which it passes to the property agent (I’ve out and I’ve forgotten the name)

I have also asked them to clarify the interest comment ie who is the beneficiary and who/what party is the other side liable.
