Not often that someone suggests downgrading software. Assuming an earlier
version of Reader fixes the problem, you can have different versions of
Reader coexisting on one computer (at least on Windows). On Windows, you can
choose which Reader version the browser will use by modifying the registry.
You can swap Readers quickly by double-clicking a .reg file, which will
import the contents of that file into the registry.
