"The primary purpose of this role is to create training documentation and marketing materials for the latest version of the CMS. You will be responsible for executing the documentation to schedule and meeting quality criteria." "The successful candidate will require excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience gained in a relevant area (e.g. technical writing, copywriting, marketing communications or journalism) will be highly regarded." ..... <snip> "You will be an integral member of a highly motivated team that thrives on a job well done and on client satisfaction." "The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive hourly wage circa $20...." Well, they do say it's negotiable.... And we know they can't pay much less. With allowance for your own super that $20 per hour is really about $18.30 per hour in wages ... before you pay your own workers' comp. and insurance, giving you a casual "loading" of less than $4 for 10 hours of work every week. Last time I looked, the minimum wage was $14.31 per hour. Wow! You just +know+ they're going to be generous to you. (Well, there's free fruit in the office if you can afford the bus trip to get there.) Or have I got this wrong? Is this somehow justifiable ?
