Well, they do say it's negotiable.... And we know they can't pay much less. With allowance for your own super that $20 per hour is really about $18.30 per hour in wages ... before you pay your own workers' comp. and insurance, giving you a casual "loading" of less than $4 for 10 hours of work every week. Last time I looked, the minimum wage was $14.31 per hour.

Wow!

You just +know+ they're going to be generous to you. (Well, there's free fruit in the office if you can afford the bus trip to get there.) Or have I got this wrong? Is this somehow justifiable ?
