atw: Adobe InDesign CS2 indexing.

I have been cruising around InDesign and have found out that it does have
an indexing capacity, not as easy as manually inserting index fields in
Word, however it is a similar embedded system, with an automated
composition function. I am pretty sure it is not as variable when compared
to the indexing field switches in Word either...
