[austechwriter] Sec Unclassified: Service Level and Operation Level Agreements

I've been tasked with creating Word templates for a Defence Operational IT
area to cover Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operation Level Agreements
(OLA). Are there any templates available from which I can make a start? Or
other suggestions would be appreciated?
