So true, Stuart (Lecky) and I forgot to add...

In my case (as I figured out later through then having to act as her
telephone Help Desk to sort this out and then help her to repair her PC,
after explaining that the "coffee grinder" noises that her hard drive was
making were the result of Windows grabbing all the VM cache that it could,
then crashing in a screaming heap whilst fragmenting all her files) it
turned out that the problems resulted from a case of her using her
"initiative".

She decided that Word cannot open files ending in ".ZIP", so she simply
changed the extension of the file attachment to ".DOC" and went from there!

Hope the slide-out coffee cup holder is still working on the front of her
PC, so that she can be ready for when the grinding finishes.

Regards,

Michael Granat
