Examples that don't fit your sentence definitions.

The switch can be either Off or On.
People from the research dept should always be addressed as "Dr".
When the light turns red the foreman shouts "EVERYONE OUT!"
For "Other Agent" transfers you must enter the Agent Code in box
"A"........................turn to page 3.
Not all grammar is correct
