Hello Jamie and all, This past week has involved school of course. Then on Friday Little Man went and spent the night with one of his grandmothers. Amanda and I had a nice dinner out just the two of us. After dinner we went shopping for furniture, yes romantic I know *LOL*, we didn't buy anything, but we did find some price tags so we knew what to shop for and figure for when we go to buy a bigger dining room table and bed. We were out fairly late for us old folks I mean it had to be around 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm *LOL*. Saturday we went and picked L.M. up from his grandmother's apartment and then headed over to a church function, it was kind of like a fund day to kick off the beginning of a children's program where they learn Bible verses. The program is called Awanas. After that we headed home and I took a quiz after reading about 40 pages of dry textbook material. This morning, Sunday morning, we got up and went and had breakfast at McDonald's. After breakfast we drove down the road to our church for Sunday School. After S.S. we left and surprised L.M. by taking him to the last day of the fair that was in town. While at the fair L.M. rode rides, ate fair food, and played some fair games. Amanda played some of the fair games with him and Amanda and I both helped L.M. eat some of the fair food. Also, we ran into my cousin, her boyfriend, and their little girl while at the fair which was a nice surprise. Now that we are home it is time that I start working on my practice LSAT that I received by e-mail. I was supposed to take it yesterday, but other things prevented me from getting to it. People who take this exam without any accommodations have to allot 4 hours to take this exam with regular time. With my accommodations my practice exam will take right about 8 hours. Football going on and still baseball, not to surprising the list has gone kind of quiet. Maybe in the south it's finally gotten cool enough to go outside and play. Definitely cooled down here over the past few days here in IL. Have had the furnace on past couple of mornings actually. It was quick going from AC to heat this year, but it was quick going from Heat to AC last spring too. Other than that not much going on around here. Pat is playing games with the tablet, I am listening to Bears pre-game, guess in a while we'll have supper probably. But a quiet Sunday here, as most of them are. Probably having spaghetti for supper btw.
