Thanks, but if there are multiple tracks in sterio track and I would
like to edit the individual track, is it possible?

hi, to mix all tracks to one track you select all the tracks with ctrl a then you go to the tracks menu and down arrow to mix to single track.
then you enter on the mixed track to select it then, go to the file menu and export it.
