Hi Andrew nothing happens when I use the menu. Far as I’m aware I don’t use
that key combination in any other program. I am using a Windows laptop, I don’t
know whether it would make a difference between a full PC keyboard or laptop
keyboard. All that happens when I press the letter you or the letter I is it
runs forward or back at double speed. Strange.

Hi Brian
That’s a nuisance. There should not be a need to do anything in the setting
up. As an interim measure, what happens if you use the View Menu to zoom in
and out? As I write, I recall one time when control-3 did not do its thing. I
zoomed with the menu and all has worked well since.
Per chance you do not have other software that uses that combination? I
tricked myself with that issue earlier today with a script I use for
presentations and had forgotten to close it.

Subject: [audacity4blind] audacity 2.4.1 scrubbing
Hi all, successfully installed 2.4.1. Have experimented with scrubbing
keystrokes and find if I try to adjust the speed by pressing control plus 1 or
3 it makes no difference to the speed. What am I missing? Have I missed a step
in the setting up. I have chosen full keyboard commands.
