[audacity4blind] Removing noice

Hi,
I just want to ask how to do the noice removal properly. After getting the
noice profile, how can I remove the noice?? I recorded an interview from a
radio program. The radio station is clear but I can hear a background from
another radio station and I want to remove that. I tried to do that a few times
but I still can't remove it.
Please help. Thanks in advance
