Hello!
I am worried about those who do not understand that audacity is a very
friendly sound editor to use for a blind person.
FOr example i was discussing pitchshifting on the pc-audio list and i was
writing about how awful i think the pitchshifting is in for example goldwave
and soundforge if you compare with audacity.
THe pitchshifting in audacity is excelent and i really like it.
And then i got an answer about that you cant make selections in a soundfile
with audacity.
But i told that person that you can do this rather simple in audacity.
Its like working in notepad.
/Anders.

Hi Anders,
Are you worried about the posts, or about Audacity? And what "other lists" are you referring to?Did you get the answer(s) you were looking for?

I often read on those lists i am at alot of negative things about audacity.
All those negative feelings seem to come from a majority of blind computer users.
THere seem to be some missunderstandings about adacity.
For example that it is hard to select within it and such.
Such things makes me worried.
Really worried.
But i really don't know what to do.
I try to explain my best on those lists.
