[audacity4blind] Re: G Verb settings

I do not think that the settings of any effect can be saved to the
parameters they were last set to. Audacity will always return to the
default settings of all the effects and will open up as a fresh
project. It will still be set to the original parameters even if you
attempt to save a project on which you had applied G verb and open it
again.
