[audacity4blind] Drop-in Recording

Hello:
I sent a message about this issue a fdw days afo with no response. Does anyone
know if it's now possible to do drop-in, or punch-in, recording with Audacity?
If not, has anyone heard about this feature being implemented in an upcoming
version of the program? Thanks so much.
