Hey Robert, I think you have solved it! I am not familiar with the 202 and am
a bit rusty after spending three days in bed with a drip (smile). Marissa is
hearing what is being played back through Audacity through both ears, but her
voice from the mike through only one ear. I didn't think of sound card
settings - my excuse is that my ZED10 has pan knobs.
Marissa, let us know how you get on with Robert's instructions. If problems
persist, I can call you late Tuesday your time.

I can't believe that monitoring doesn't work for you with that audio interface.
Is your primary sound card the built-in one?
I ask because mine is the Behringer.
- a cinch to jack adaptor on the backside feeds my speakers.
- The headphones jack is on the front, bottom right.
Have you checked your sound settings?
Windows+R to open the run dialog
mmsys.cpl -> OK
That brings you to the playback tab.
Go through the list until "Speakers Behringer" is selected.
You can now click on "Configure" which let's you choose how many channels are
used, select stereo -> next Front left/right -> next -> finish.
You can also check the balance.
Open the same dialog (Win+R, return)
- Behringer202 -> Properties.
Control+Tab until you're on the levels tab.
Tab until you're on balance.
Adjust the sliders if they are not equal.
