Yep, if I take tracks after split one by one to align them to 0 works fine.
I have selected them all, when I applied start from 0, and doesn’t work in
this way.

it's even easier. With only that track selected, on the tracks menu, on the
align tracks sub menu, choose start to zero.

cursor is at 0:00:00.000, then you can align to cursor. Like was suggested.
