It says in the manual

the AAC export quality setting ranges from 10 (worst) to 500 (best) and that
the default value is 100. When I go into options it says 100%. That would
seem to mean 100% of 500, so the highest setting because I am unable to set
it any higher. The quality however is miserable, so that would suggest it's
not 100% but 100 units of 500. In that case, how can I set it higher? Is
there an accessibility issue? I'm using Audacity 2.1.0 with JAWS 16 on
Windows 8.1.
