PFA the files with Krutidev fonts as well as Unicode converted.Also attached is
a simple converter file that can be used online for conversion between Krutidev
and Unicode - both ways.
My view is that if we are going to use Unicode fonts in the long run, we must
convert all text into that, then do editing, proofing and lay-out etc.
Otherwise, we end up repeating a lot of unwanted labour. A little extra time
now - but much better in the long run.

There is no robust way to recover the file -- it will have to be
converted at source.
Unless we absolutely insist on Unicode, we will be wasting a lot of
time. Please realise that (unless you are using an archaic system)
there is no difference in the way you key-in the letters between
Unicode and non-Unicode, so it is (mostly) a question of using the
right font encoding in the document, not a question of changing
keyboard layout or script/language interface.
