Dear all,
I read Arvind's document on adolescent malnutrition, undernourishment and
stunting. It is really exciting to see that data collected by non-experts,
namely schoolteachers as part of their teaching, can give insights about
policy. We should explore similar possibilities in the Ashram school
engagement too. We can plan to do such school-based inquiries for many
different topics. We could try to listen to ideas of teachers or the issues
that they feel are important - it might suggest things that are worth
exploring.

Madhav bhai, I will try to inquire about Nanda Khare translating a Bal
Vaigyanik. But I think he might be busy in his own writing though..

It is difficult, there is not much overlap, there was a make-shift chapter
on atoms in the final revision of BV, what about doing that?
Also, Sushil and I had worked on a write-up for the old chapter on metals
in MP textbooks, am attaching the English version. Don't have a soft-copy
of the Hindi version, Sushil might.
Food is a good idea.

Is there any other Chemistry-related chapter from Bal Vaigyanik that
should be translated before the workshop?
Or other resource material that should be translated into Marathi before
the workshop (some excerpt from "The story of atomic theory of matter"?)?
