He did say "Data suggests counterintuitive cause." A helium tank
bursting as it was discharging is counterintuitive.

To respond to the other comment, the helium tanks are aluminum lined
COPVs, not titanium. Titanium and LOX are not friendly.

But it's a system with some degree of redundancy and a decent flight
heritage. Whatever the failure was is clearly a hard problem, since
"Cause still unknown after several thousand engineering-hours of
review."

I watched the launch from the beach. I wish I would have watched this
one with binoculars rather than a camera. I've been thinking of
driving north and shooting video through my telescope to have coverage
that is more off-azimuth than the Nasa and SpaceX feeds.
