Looking at this link, the AF-M315E propellant does not appear to be
HAN-based, although they are a bit vague as to what it actually is
(although I may be wrong - as I said, it is vague!):

You may also be interested in LMP-103S, another hydrazine replacement
monopropellant, this time based on ADN, developed by Eurenco and ECAPS
in Sweden.  UN classification of 1.4S when packaged in HDPE bottles
and a wooden box with absorbent:

I've read that citation previously. Note some of the issues. They increase
exponentially in a *steady state* liquid propellant engine or hybrid.
