Ah, excellent, thanks!  Much more detail than I've previously seen, and a
good
epitaph on Yeager's accident:  "a single flight which clearly demonstrated
how not
to fly the aircraft".  Too much strap-it-on-and-go pilot ego, not enough
careful
attention to the peculiarities of an unusual and demanding aircraft.
