This presumably explains something that has puzzled me for a while - why
only one out of three computers attached to the same printer, using the same
printer definition, offers a duplex option. I'd assumed it was because
that was the only one connected directly to the printer rather than using
RemotePrinterFS, but presumably it's because the others are missing the
extra files in Choices:Printers ....
