I'm on a recent development release of NetSurf 3.3 from
http://ci.netsurf-browser.org/builds/riscos/. I see that the most
recent release mentioned at http://www.netsurf-browser.org/ is 3.2.
Maybe you should try the latest development release. I don't download
them more than about once a month but I don't recall any real problems
running them.
